Describe it. Find it.
Type what you remember, like “a frog in a pond” or “that synth video”, and ADHX finds it. It matches what posts say, what’s in their pictures, and what happens in their videos, sampling a frame every 2 seconds from the first 32 seconds.
It runs Google’s EmbeddingGemma 2 on your own server: no API key, no cost per search, and your saves stay on your machine.
Your own copies.
ADHX downloads media at the best available resolution, including 4K when offered. Once the copy is kept, it plays from your disk even if the original disappears. Private, deleted or DRM-protected posts may not be downloadable.
Videos can be converted to H.264 for browser playback while preserving resolution. New downloads pause below your free-space threshold, and files are tidied away when nobody has the post saved any more.

ADHX sorts your saves into channels by what they’re about and names them. Make your own too, keep them private, or share them with a link.
Bookmark on X. It’s here within the hour.
Connect X once and ADHX brings in your bookmarks, then checks for new ones every hour. This needs your own X developer app and API credits; rate limits or exhausted credits can delay syncing.
Share from any app.
The companion apps put ADHX in your phone’s share menu. Share a post from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or anywhere else, and send it to your server in one tap. When the server can’t be reached, the link waits on your phone to be retried.
Connect a phone by scanning a code in Settings. Play and search your saves in the app; your server downloads, understands and streams the media.
The apps are currently available to build from source. Follow the iPhone setup or Android setup guide; there are no store downloads in this release.
Ask Claude about your saves.
Add the adhx skill to Claude and give it a key from your Settings. Then ask for anything you saved, in plain words, pictures and videos included. Keys can only read.

- One Docker container and one folder of data. Keep its secret in your private .env file; stop the app or use a coordinated SQLite backup before copying its data.
- Invite only the people you choose. No email service needed: you can hand sign-in links over yourself.
- Search runs on your server. Nothing goes to an AI company unless you add the optional TypeSafe key, which sharpens search and names channels.
- Kept media and shared previews play without sign-in to anyone who can reach the server. Use private networking when that is your intended boundary.
- Open source under the MIT licence. No service account with us and no ads.
